1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving residential air conditioning, heating, ductwork, or indoor air quality services from AC Repair Pittsburgh PA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "Client", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all service calls, diagnostic visits, emergency dispatches, installations, and maintenance agreements performed within Allegheny County and surrounding areas.
2. Service Estimates & Flat-Rate Pricing
Before starting repair or installation work, our technician will perform an on-site diagnostic assessment and present an upfront, flat-rate price quote. Diagnostics fees apply to all initial dispatch calls unless waived under specific promotional maintenance programs. Work will only commence upon the Customer's explicit verbal or written authorization.
3. Emergency Dispatch & Cancellations
Emergency dispatch services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers may cancel or reschedule a dispatch request at no penalty provided cancellation is received at least 60 minutes prior to technician arrival. If a technician arrives on-site prior to cancellation, a standard diagnostic call fee will apply.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All emergency repairs, replacement components (capacitors, fan motors, contactors, control boards), and new HVAC equipment installations are backed by our written parts and labor guarantees. OEM manufacturer warranties apply separately according to manufacturer specifications.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of authorized repair or installation services unless prior written financing terms have been established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and electronic bank payments.
